John Daigle | President & CEO

John founded Menemsha over 20 years ago to bring a new level of service and accountability to the retail construction & development industry.  With a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, John knew he could improve the success of projects when given the opportunity to provide input early in the development life cycle.

By creating a network of industry specialists including surveyors, architects, designers and engineers to work closely with preferred retail clients,  he quickly developed a reputation for consistent high volume retail construction success.    As an early adopter of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) brought innovative thinking together by developing in house professional service division that collaborate to exceed client demands. John was honored with the Construction Executive of the Year Award in 2005 from the Construction Financial Management Association.
