Los Angeles, California – June 12, 2013 – Menemsha Solutions, a leading provider of retail development services, attended the celebration for the grand opening of the new Tri Counties Bank Training and Operations Center in Chico, CA.  Designed by Menemsha Solutions, the project is the first phase of a 5-acre campus consisting of a 32,000 square-foot complex with executive offices, a call center, training facility, and the operations department.

“Our mandate was to make this building an iconographic destination, a welcoming, exciting atmosphere to train new employees, as well as, a suiting work habitat for the employees of the bank assigned to this location. The buildings of the campus will feature a hyper-modern design and offer key sustainability features such as solar panels covering the parking facility, sustainable materials and ample use of natural light in the design of each space,” states Reza Hadaegh, VP of Architectural Services at Menemsha Solutions.

The design employs many of the elements used in the rebranding of the Tri Counties bank, a branding project initially undertaken by the Menemsha Architectural Division 3 years ago. The firm has executed the rebranded design for seven of the bank’s branches over the last three years.

About Tom Bradley International Terminal

The Tom Bradley International Terminal opened for the 1984 Summer Olympic Games and is named in honor of Tom Bradley, the first African-American and longest serving (20 years) mayor of Los Angeles, and champion of LAX. The terminal is located at the west end of the passenger terminal area between Terminals 3 and 4. Tom Bradley International Terminal hosts 27 airlines, and handles 10 million passengers per year.

On February 22, 2010, construction began on the $1.5 billion Bradley West project, part of the multi-year $4.11 billion LAX improvement and redevelopment projects. The project will add over 1,250,000 square feet of shops, restaurants, and passenger lounges, as well as new security screening, customs and immigration, and baggage claim facilities. The terminal’s existing two concourses were demolished and replaced with a larger pair featuring eighteen gates, nine of which will be able to accommodate the larger A380.

Menemsha will perform  ADA compliance assessments, also referred to as SARs (Site Accessibility Reports), by evaluating each site’s compliancy with all federal and state ADA guidelines. All 470 assessments will be completed within a six month time period.  After each site is evaluated, Menemsha will go on to perform the necessary construction upgrades to bring the sites into compliance.
