JP Morgan Chase – Bank Branches

A rapid conversion of 597 bank locations nationwide comprising an entire acquisition portfolio. Menemsha seized this challenge and delivered the project in 10 months with zero branch closures. When JPMorgan Chase took over Washington Mutual Bank’s retail banking operations, the FDIC mandated a short time frame to complete the systems conversion over to Chase Bank along with remodeling every branch to Chase standards.

Enter Menemsha and our multi-discipline methodology for survey, design, and remodel. We performed as-built surveys, led design development, budgeting, bidding, permitting/entitlements, construction, and closeouts. There was a lot at stake. The list included a seamless brand transfer, procurement, and delivery of all Chase furnishings, fixtures and equipment, supervision of all signage, due diligence, and rebranding from landlord approvals to permitting and general contracting oversight. The results? It was a highly successful conversion in 10 months with zero closures and zero downtime for any branch. In fact, we completed the project in 20% less time and under budget. You can take that to the bank!
