Enabling to the max. When T.J. Maxx stores came to us for ADA Accessibility compliance, a number of our divisions came together to support this effort. Our Facility Services team conducted a comprehensive ADA Accessibility Survey to identify all areas of non-compliance and prepared a detailed facility survey report with dimensions and suggested corrections.

Program Management provided key oversight of project execution from surveys, budgeting, documentation control, scheduling, logistics, and construction execution. Our Construction team provided budgeted cost for ADA compliance and corrections, reviewing each survey to identify the scope of work required to gain compliance. Together with applicable subcontractors, we executed all construction work encompassing exterior access, signage, dressing rooms, door clearance, restroom accessibility, and more. We then consolidated all the information and prepared a final remittance of closeout compliance package. Work complete.
