Budgeting / Estimating
No surprises. Our highly skilled Estimators in our Estimating Department bring over 25 years of experience to develop and prepare accurate and thorough Budgets/ROM through the design phase as well as the final ‘go to construction’ budget. We also have a dedicated department for Bid Management at Menemsha. This team is focused on facilitating the invitation to bid, contracting, and communicating the project opportunity to key subcontractors. Then it is all about managing the online receipt of bid responses as well as accessing bid comparisons. We run a tight ship.
