Let us share a secret. At Menemsha, we utilized our Online Project Management (OPM) system for the massive rollout program of the Victoria’s Secret ‘Pink’ line. This ‘Pink’ program encompassed over 800 stores. An aggressive timeline, tight deadlines, and a team of players that included: five general contractors, multiple vendors, suppliers, store operations and purchasing.

Our Program Management team and OPM were pivotal for the success of this rollout. A dedicated Program Management team - tracking daily cadence, material shipments, deliveries, receipts, and itemized tracking of parts, timely communication of defective parts, and initiating the return/replacement parts.
