Let’s talk about a fixture of the beauty category. Sephora is a recognized leader in the personal beauty retail space for the quality of its products and their personalized service. Sephora came to Menemsha to leverage our integrated suite of services – specifically our Facility Survey, Construction, and Program Management services in order to plan and rollout their new Skincare Fixture Program in 90 of their locations.

Working closely with the Sephora team, we developed a scope of work utilizing our Laser2CAD drawings and 3DVR Photography. We further provided a customized site investigation report, a constructability report, and a ROM construction budget. Through our site analysis, we identified three possible installation methods to meet the needs of the majority of the 90 locations. The ROM pricing was then based on these options. This is an excellent example of the options that are available for clients to “shop” and then integrate what they need from the breadth of Menemsha services. Pardon while we blush a little.
