Sterling Plaza / Wolcott Architecture
“Be smart, but never show it”, once quipped Louis B. Mayer. But he couldn’t hide his smarts by selecting the famed architect, Robert Jackman, in 1929 to design MGM Studio’s landmark seven-story, 65,000 square foot building in Beverly Hills. Now known as Sterling Plaza, the current owners engaged Wolcott Architecture to oversee major commercial office upgrades. 88-year old building plans? No problem - call in the pros: Menemsha Facility Survey. Our deliverable? As-built floor plans, BOMA calculations, and an ADA accessibility assessment. We deployed our ADA experts who are also cross-trained in Laser2CAD surveying and 3DVR photography. One team, exceptional results!
