Tri Counties Bank – Chico Training and Operations Center
The brand lens looks inwards too. Having created the successful Heritage Brand for the bank to showcase its history and community values to its customers, Chico, CA-based Tri Counties Bank sought to bring the same brand and user experience to its trainees and employees. A new brand canvas was to be created in the form of a five-acre regional campus for training facilities, an operations hub, and site for the bank’s growing call center. Menemsha Architecture prepared a master plan to address the client’s immediate and future needs incorporating a unifying architectural language. Starting with a 35,000 square foot Training Center, we created a fluid training environment dynamic comprised of communication pods that could nimbly accommodate groups of varying sizes. Facilitating conversation, dialogue, teaming, and training. The growing call center needs were addressed with a state-of-the-art call center. And with sensitivity to the needs of both the building and the community, we integrated a prominent photovoltaic solar array. This creative interplay of space, purpose, and design met the bank’s specific functional needs while extending the client-facing brand experience to the bank’s employees. Now a single architectural language spoke to both employee and customer.
