Our History

We all know that you need a strong foundation before you can build anything. At Menemsha, that is exactly what we had when we launched our Program Management (PM) division. As a company originally established to provide great Construction Services, we had clients taking on significant brand remodel projects. We knew we could help. So we took our passion for client service, our embrace of cutting-edge technologies, and our years of industry experience to build our Program Management team and get to work. The projects have been in a wide variety of sectors across the country.

In Florida, we managed over 50 new T.I.’s within a year for Washington Mutual Bank. And then when JPMorgan Chase acquired their retail banking operations, Menemsha was there to complete a 597-branch nationwide rebranding. Our team has grown and our Online Project Management (OPM) system for managing workflows, documentation, and communications is one of our PM core competencies. Menemsha is now widely recognized throughout the industry for our PM expertise. But what matters most are the repeat business and referrals from you, our clients.

John Novak

If there is such a thing as a 360º Account Manager, John fits the bill. He’s worked in pre-construction, project management, and construction management on both the client and GC sides for over 20 years. He has the expertise to lead the Menemsha team from site survey through construction completion. On time and on budget. And he brings a customer mindset to every project ensuring collaborative communications through the entire journey. That’s how John meets our customers’ expectations.

Tisha Bienvenue

Process becomes perfect when 14 years of experience in maximizing daily operating procedures are applied. Tisha coordinates the involvement of all business units across a multitude of functions to ensure that internal and external client goals are achieved. This means she is busy discovering, recommending, and implementing process improvements as we continuously develop. Your colleagues and our clients thank you!

Gabrielle Lae-Anderson

Gabby leads our West Coast Business Operations team with over 20 years of experience in our construction divisions. She is a builder of high-performance work teams that consistently deliver top results. Gabby has extensive cross-functional experience working with key construction project stakeholders including owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and project managers. The result? Well-orchestrated projects delivered on time, on quality, and on budget.

Tom Speroni

After earning a degree in Business from the University of Denver, where Tom also studied Real Estate and Construction Management, he found himself in Seattle, WA. Leveraging his academic and hands-on construction experience, he positioned himself at the forefront of the expansion for a little-known local coffee shop chain poised for growth. Five years later, his entrepreneurial spirit started calling. Tom departed his senior role to become a partner at Menemsha. With the client’s perspective in focus, he pioneered an innovative Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process for retail expansion. Working with fast-growing national restaurant and retail chains, he leveraged his Seattle expertise to streamline the development process and to accelerate store openings. Later, bringing this strategy into the healthcare sector, he successfully applied a similar approach to dialysis centers, Lasik eye surgery clinics, and dental offices. A recognized industry advocate for the pursuit and embrace of technology to create an edge in commercial development, Tom is a sought-after speaker on the benefits of Integrated Project Development and synergistic retail rollouts.
