Fast-forward to the present and our team has surveyed over 14,800 individual facilities and millions of square feet. We’ve walked the floors of Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse, lululemon, Petco, and hundreds of other firms, both large and small.  Our services have grown from our Los Angeles backyard to national and international deployments. And our focus now has expanded to embrace successful projects in Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial Office, Restaurant, Warehouse, Grocery, and Military facilities in addition to our deep Retail roots. To do that, we continuously research and deploy the latest in survey technologies. Leadership

Lizette Vargas

DIRECTOR OF FACILITY SERVICES
With 18 years in the industry, working in highly technical environments, Lizette is a powerhouse. In her role as Senior Project Manager, she focuses on implementing new technologies and  oversees a team delivering facility as-built documentation, including laser scanning, 3D Virtual Reality photography, site investigation reports, ADA assessment, and due diligence research.  Fluent in Spanish and English, she holds several degrees, with studies focused on architectural drafting, finance, business, and leadership.  Liz is a CAD and Revit specialist and is completing PMP certification. Outside of work, she finds time for volunteer efforts targeting the homeless and coaching youth volleyball. Does she ever sleep?

Tom Speroni

EXECUTIVE VP / PRINCIPAL
After earning a degree in Business from the University of Denver, where Tom also studied Real Estate and Construction Management, he found himself in Seattle, WA. Leveraging his academic and hands-on construction experience, he positioned himself at the forefront of the expansion for a little-known local coffee shop chain poised for growth. Five years later, his entrepreneurial spirit started calling. Tom departed his senior role to become a partner at Menemsha. With the client’s perspective in focus, he pioneered an innovative Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process for retail expansion. Working with fast-growing national restaurant and retail chains, he leveraged his Seattle expertise to streamline the development process and to accelerate store openings. Later, bringing this strategy into the healthcare sector, he successfully applied a similar approach to dialysis centers, Lasik eye surgery clinics, and dental offices. A recognized industry advocate for the pursuit and embrace of technology to create an edge in commercial development, Tom is a sought-after speaker on the benefits of Integrated Project Development and synergistic retail rollouts.
