Bright Spark Brewery

Bright Spark Brewery started as a dream for one husband-and-wife team over a decade ago. They had a goal to create a warm, welcoming community space with something for everyone. In November 2022, Menemsha helped realize this family’s dream in Ventura County, CA. Our task involved an interior tenant improvement to a 10,000+ square foot building where we combined two separate spaces to form one brewhouse/restaurant combo.

Our work included both pre-construction and construction. During the design and permitting phase, we worked to shorten the overall project length through proactive subcontractor bidding and material procurement. After 3 months, we began construction, working on important aspects of the brewery like the restaurant dining areas, bars, lounges, bathrooms, commercial kitchen and more.

This project created a sense of community amongst everyone involved, and we are proud to have helped a family-owned business get started on their first construction project.
