Two years after a Home Depot was gutted as a result of one of the biggest fires in San Jose History, Menemsha began construction on the lot for West Valley Properties.

Menemsha began this retail warehouse project by placing 2,000 yards of concrete slab in 3 days. Next, Menemsha team robotically laid out concrete wall panels to place and erect for the tilt-up.

Today, over 97K square feet of new retail space stands in its place—completed and ready for the next chapter, thanks to the skilled execution and hard work of the Menemsha team.
