Construction on West Valley Properties in San Jose is underway.

Two years after a Home Depot was gutted as a result of one of the biggest fires in San Jose History, Menemsha began construction on the lot for West Valley Properties.

Menemsha began this retail warehouse project by placing 2,000 yards of concrete slab in 3 days. Up next for the Menemsha team is robotically laying out concrete wall panels to place and erect for the tilt-up.
