Panda Restaurant Group partnered with Menemsha to expand its reach and provide convenient dining options for students and faculty at both California State University, Los Angeles and California State University, San Bernadino. Both projects involved the installation of Panda Express kitchens and POS stations within university cafeterias.

Menemsha demolished existing areas to make room for the new installations. Then, we seamlessly integrated new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. To maintain air quality and safety standards, Menemsha incorporated owner-supplied exhaust hoods and installed new grease ducts. Fresh wall coverings were applied to create a welcoming and cohesive atmosphere, while custom millwork added both aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency to the space. Finally, new floor coverings were carefully selected and installed to provide a durable and visually appealing surface that could withstand the high traffic of a university dining area.
