In need of a solution for the increasing demand of online, pickup, and delivery orders, P.F. Chang’s partnered with Menemsha to implement their Off-Premise Delivery (OPD) Program. New stations were to be installed in existing restaurants throughout the U.S.; these stations included a shelving system, POS/check out station, and signage.

Menemsha’s Survey Team started off the program, visiting existing sites and gathering site information in order to identify best locations for stations. Our Architectural Team created Concept Designs, Schematic Designs incorporating specs and visuals for approval, and Construction Documents, and our Construction and Management Teams oversaw everything from in-house estimating and creation of a detailed master schedule to the construction in open-store environments and final completion.

Following the success of the Off-Premise Delivery Program, P.F. Chang’s engaged Menemsha’s services in a Brand Relaunch Program, starting with a three-location pilot in Miami, Florida, and once again utilizing Menemsha’s turnkey services. After the pilot, the program expanded to include 50 OPD locations nationwide and 125 Brand Refresh locations. Menemsha has become P.F. Chang’s go-to source for all of their program roll-outs. Our turnkey services ensure better communication and cooperation throughout the entire process allowing for faster deliveries and cost savings.
