In the News: Petrossian brings Caviar & Champagne to LAX

Petrossian, the French caviar and Champagne brand that operates a restaurant on Robertson, opens its second LA location today at LAX’s Tom Bradley International Terminal. Of note, Petrossian is serving 20+ vodkas and Champagnes to pair with caviar flatbread, smoked fish, and assorted charcuterie/cheese. “Caviar in the Air” is also a thing that’s happening, which involves “an insulated carry-on Petrossian pouch” filled with blinis, crème fraîche, and choice caviar.
